Positive Strokes worked with people who have been identified as a low performing group and through an integrated intervention strategy which encompassed psychometric testing and assessment, workshop, outbound experience and one-on-one counseling sessions. It generated data about the experimental group about their individual strengths and development areas. The training program aimed at developing their competencies which got transitioned through outbound training experience.
The counseling session generated Individual Development Plan. The impact of this intervention was felt within the first 6 months wherein the data on their 360 degrees for each individual member of the group had shown a remarkable improvement. This program design got the silver medal awarded by ISTD at the national level.

Through a series of workshops customized to the organizational needs, Positive Strokes created a meaningful delivery all across the organization. It also conducted development centers for the senior leadership team and worked on each individual in their developmental journey. This resulted in enhancing the teamwork, interpersonal skills, communication activity and transformed leadership styles

The organization rolled out its training calendar at two levels- first, capability building for executives and second, for the managers. The idea was futuristic in its essence the hypos in both the categories who would be moving to a larger role in a short period of time i.e. executives moving towards managers and managers moving towards leadership roles. Positive Strokes partnered with its client and tuned into the various competencies identified at both the levels and delivered their training needs accordingly. The individual’s role was not only extended beyond the confines of a professional life but also in his personal life. Thus, the individual was put as an epicenter of all activities and a meaning was created in building up a holistic perspective.

Positive Strokes was given an assignment of building up students’ capability in this B-School through workshops, psychometric instruments and simulation processes attuned to the corporate needs. Positive Strokes could bring in a meaningful impact in the students’ capabilities. The result was immediate as in one of the simulation processes which also brought in HR leaders from different corporates as expert observers in different batches had cultivated in a job offer from one of the companies during the process itself.
